UK delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £4.99 on orders below £50 and is free on orders of £50 or more. The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts and before delivery charges. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours on our dispatch days, Monday–Friday. Orders placed outside these days are processed on the next dispatch day. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves us; it is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Custom knee braces and fitting

Custom knee braces usually take around four weeks from measuring. This lead time is separate from the dispatch times for in-stock products. We will arrange the finished-brace fitting with you when your brace is ready.

All knee braces must be fitted by Muscle Doctor. Fitting is free of charge and included in the complete brace price. Appointments take place at The Quarry Health and Fitness, The Weighbridge, 41 Church Town, Backwell, BS48 3JF.
